Measure your wrist where you would naturally wear your bracelet, then use my Bracelet Size Guide to find the best fit. If you fall between sizes, I recommend choosing the larger size for a little more room and movement.

Each Soul to Stone bracelet is handmade using stone beads threaded onto strong jewellery elastic, with charms, spacer beads and other decorative details depending on the design. The materials used for each individual bracelet will be listed in its product description.

Stone beads can vary in colour, pattern and markings, so no two bracelets will be exactly alike. I photograph my pieces as accurately as possible, but these individual variations are part of what makes each bracelet unique.

Yes. If you’re looking for something a little more personal, I’d love to hear your ideas. You can get in touch through my Bespoke page to tell me what you have in mind, and I’ll let you know what’s possible depending on the stones, charms and materials I have available.

To keep your bracelet looking its best, avoid wearing it while bathing, showering or swimming, and keep it away from perfumes, lotions, oils and cleaning products. Treat it gently and roll it carefully over your hand rather than pulling or overstretching the elastic.

Yes. Every Soul to Stone bracelet is handmade by me, Michelle, with each combination of stones, charms and details carefully chosen and put together at my little workspace.

Because each piece is made by hand, there may be small differences between bracelets, which are part of their individual character.

As Soul to Stone is a small, independent business and every order is prepared and packed by me, please allow 1-3 days for your order to be ready for dispatch.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail. You’ll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where applicable.

Every order is carefully checked and packaged before it leaves me. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your bracelet, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and photographs showing the issue, and I’ll be happy to help put things right.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If I haven’t yet started preparing or dispatched your order, I’ll do my best to help.

For bespoke or personalised pieces, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once work has begun.

Some designs may return, while others may be one-offs depending on the stones, charms and materials I have available.

If you’ve fallen in love with a bracelet that’s sold out, please get in touch. I can’t promise I’ll be able to recreate it exactly, but I may be able to make something similar.

Yes. Every Soul to Stone bracelet is carefully packaged in its own pouch and presentation box, ready to give as a gift — or simply to make opening something you’ve chosen for yourself feel a little more special.

Your bracelet will also come with a thank-you card containing jewellery care guidance and details of the stones used in your piece. The card also directs you to the Soul to Stone website, where you can discover more about the meanings associated with the stones and charms used in your bracelet.
